We will be happy to issue a replacement, offer an alternative product, issue a gift card or store credit, or issue a refund for eligible purchases.
When contacting customer service please be sure to include your full name, order #, and if you utilized a different email address when placing your order please note that as well. If you're contacting customer service regarding a damaged item/s please include a clear photo so we know what happened and can prevent it from happening again.
Please note that any item purchased at a discounted price or with a discount code, or as part of a free gift with minimum purchase promotion, are final and are not eligible for exchange, refund or store credit regardless of purchase date. Purchases made with a gift card are not eligible for refunds. Only applicable purchases made on Perlier.com can be refunded or exchanged. Shipping charges and taxes are not refundable.
In the event a refund is issued, Perlier will credit your original payment method within 48-72 hours. Refunds posted back to your bank account may vary depending on your individual bank processing time. If we are unable to issue a credit due to an expired or canceled credit card, a paper check will be issued.

Boo-yah!
This scent is marvelous…I enjoy this body cream. One of my favorites besides the regular and imperial honey creams, & the almond scented ones
My favorite Body Butter from Perlier, many years ago, had the most sensuous Coconut and Mango scents, but sadly, it was discontinued!! Because I still loved their products, I searched out their exquisite scents, but they all fell short of the tropical aromas I wanted to smooth all over my skin!! So, because I wanted both of the Mango and Coconut scents in a well developed Body Butter, I went to Perlier's website and asked 'Skip' if he would assist me!! And, very, very quickly, he told me about this one with the Honey having both Mango Butter and Coconut Oil in it!! And, he added, 'You will love it'!! Wow, he was so right!!! The 'Raw Sugar' does not make it feel gritty at all, because it's unique texture is so rich, but at the same time, it's soft as whipped cream! (Really!!) So, take a chance, and purchase this awesome Body Butter!! (My personal recommendation: Soak yourself in a sweetened hot water bath (I use fresh mint from the garden) and then a thick, fluffy toweling off!! Now that you're feeling relaxed, go...and smooth all over and onto your skin, this magnificently-scented Body Butter - and, if you're like me...you'll be left wondering why this doesn't come in a much larger size!!! Enjoy, ladies!!!)

Our items do not have expiration dates. They are ok for use as long as they have not been opened. Once opened, they are ok for use for the duration noted on the back/bottom of the package (usually 12 months, but some skincare items are 6 months).

Our products are never tested on animals. They are produced in Italy under strict EU guidelines and are never sold in regions that may require animal testing.

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days, however during peak shopping periods it may take 2-3 days longer.
