HOW LONG DO ORDERS USUALLY TAKE TO SHIP?

Typically orders ship within 3-5 business days.  During the holidays they may take 1-2 extra days on average.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently we only ship within the US, but we do have a limited selection of products available on Amazon.

Yes, all of our products are backed by our 30 day guarantee policy.

CAN I PAY IN INSTALLMENTS?

Yes, you can pay in four interest-free installments.  Just choose Afterpay at checkout.

Who SHOULD I CONTACT IF I DIDN'T PLACE MY ORDER ON PERLIER.COM?

If you placed an order via HSN, Amazon, or any other online retailer you will need to contact them regarding delivery status, items damaged during shipping, or any other issues.

what is the shelf life of your products?

Unless there is an expire date explicitly noted, our products have a shelf life of 1 year after opening.  Some items may begin to lose efficacy after 3 years (10 years for perfumes), so we recommend usage within 3 years of purchase.  To maintain the highest level of efficacy, products should not be stored in high temperatures.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

No, our products are never tested on animals.  And, while they have relaxed their requirements for animal testing, we do not sell our products in China as it's still likely that animal testing would be performed there before they are sold.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN PARABENS?

While many of our products are paraben free, some do contain a very small amount of select parabens within the concentration approved for use by the EU (typically less than 0.1%).  All of our products are produced in Italy and follow the strict guidelines for cosmetic safety set forth by the EU. There are over 1,000 ingredients banned for use in cosmetics in the EU (including 5 types of parabens) vs a very small number in the US.

DO your products contain soy

Some of our products do utilize ingredients derived from soy, for example our Double Latte body care, but not all products. All items should have the full ingredients listed, but if there is a product you're interested in and would to confirm whether it contains a soy derivitive just email us at info@perlier.com and we will verify (or you can contact us via chat).

DO your products contain petroleum

Some of our products do contain derivatives of petroleum that have been determined safe for use in skincare.   All items should have the full ingredients listed, but if there is a product you're interested in and would to confirm whether it contains a pertroleum derivitive just email us at info@perlier.com and we will verify (or you can contact us via chat).

are your products clean

We are not certified clean, but the majority of the ingredients we utilize are natural. Many of our key ingrdients are certified organic and most that are not are grown and harvested according to a strict set of standards in place in the Italian regions they are grown, much of which are UNESCO protected lands.
