In the event an item must be returned in order to receive a refund, return shipping labels are not provided. Email info@perlier.com to determine if an item would need to be returned.

In the case when an item is damaged in the course of shipping, just email a picture showing how it was received to info@perlier.com and a replacement will be sent. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.

Our products are never tested on animals. They are produced in Italy under strict EU guidelines and are never sold in regions that may require animal testing.

Our products do not have expiration dates. As long as they are stored away from direct sunlight and steam, and not exposed to low/high temps (below 50f/over 80f) for prolonged periods, they remain ok for use.
However, once opened, they are ok for use for the duration noted on the back/bottom of the package (look for the open jar icon).
The period items can be used after opening is usually 12 months, but some skincare items are 6 months.

While many of our products are paraben free, some do contain a very small amount of select parabens within the concentration approved for use by the EU (typically less than 0.1%). All of our products are produced in Italy and follow the strict guidelines for cosmetic safety set forth by the EU. There are over 1,000 ingredients banned for use in cosmetics in the EU (including 5 types of parabens) vs a very small number in the US.

We are not certified clean, but the majority of the ingredients we utilize are natural. Many of our key ingredients are certified organic and most that are not are grown and harvested according to a strict set of standards in place in the Italian regions they are grown, much of which are UNESCO protected lands.
