Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days, however during peak shopping periods it may take longer.

Currently, shipping is only available within the 48 contiguous United States.

Shipping is free for orders over $75.

Rates for orders under $75 are determined by weight, and are generally $4.95 per order. Although for larger items, or large quantities — like our 3 liter body wash — rates can range from $7.95-$9.95.

The free shipping threshold may be lower during special promotion periods, and the threshold is based on your product total after all product discounts have been applied (not inclusive of taxes, if applicable).

We offer a 30-day guarantee on all purchases. Full-price items can be returned for a refund or exchange. Discounted items are eligible for store credit. If you need help with a return, our team is happy to assist, just email us noting your order number, item you'd like to return and the reason for return.

If an item is received damaged, we will replace it. Just email a picture to info@perlier.com showing how the item was received and a replacement will be shipped. If for any reason we cannot issue a replacement, will will offer a substitute item or issue a refund.

Our products are never tested on animals. They are produced in Italy under strict EU guidelines and are never sold in regions that may require animal testing.  

Skincare products don’t typically have a printed “expiration date” like food does. Instead, you’ll find a Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the back or bottom of the packaging — it looks like a small open jar with a number inside (such as “12M” for 12 months or “6M” for 6 months). This indicates how long the product remains at its best after you first open it.

If a product has been properly stored (away from direct sunlight, high heat, and humidity) and remains unopened, it’s fine to use even several years after purchase. But please note, facial skincare products with active ingredients (like anti-aging treatments), may be less effective after 3+ years after purchase — but they’re still safe to use.

Once opened, we recommend following the PAO symbol to enjoy the product’s intended quality and benefits. And of course, if you're unsure how items have been stored, if you notice any odd scent or discoloration, we do not recommend using.
