We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase, and we proudly stand behind our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied, if your item(s) arrive damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of receipt at info@perlier.com. We will work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement, an alternative product, a store credit, or a refund for eligible purchases.
Please note that return-related fees may apply. Fees vary by item and situation. In some cases, a physical return may not be required and a disposition fee will apply instead. When a return is required, a restocking fee may also apply. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated by our Customer Care team before the return is processed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in most instances, regardless of reason or item type.
When contacting Customer Care, please include your full name, order number, and the email address used to place the order (if different). If you are reaching out regarding damaged or incorrect item(s), please include clear photos of the item(s) received so we can quickly verify the issue and help prevent it from happening again.
Please note that discounted items, including items purchased with a discount code, value packs, or bundles, are not eligible for refunds. These items are eligible for store credit only.
Items received as part of a free gift with purchase promotion are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Purchases made with a gift card are not eligible for refunds.
Only purchases made directly on Perlier.com are eligible for refunds or store credit.
If a refund is approved, Perlier will credit the original payment method within 4–6 business days. Posting times may vary depending on your financial institution. If we are unable to issue a credit due to an expired or canceled card, a paper check will be issued.
