We stand behind our products and if you are in any way dissatisfied, or if your product/s arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt at info@perlier.com. We will be happy to issue a replacement, offer an alternative product, issue a gift card or store credit, or issue a refund for eligible purchases.
When contacting customer service please be sure to include your full name, order #, and if you utilized a different email address when placing your order please note that as well. If you're contacting customer service regarding a damaged item/s please include a clear photo so we know what happened and can prevent it from happening again.
Please note that any item purchased at a discounted price or with a discount code, or as part of a free gift with minimum purchase promotion, are final and are not eligible for exchange, refund or store credit regardless of purchase date. Purchases made with a gift card are not eligible for refunds. Only applicable purchases made on Perlier.com can be refunded or exchanged. Shipping charges and taxes are not refundable.
In the event a refund is issued, Perlier will credit your original payment method within 48-72 hours. Refunds posted back to your bank account may vary depending on your individual bank processing time. If we are unable to issue a credit due to an expired or canceled credit card, a paper check will be issued.
