RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase, and we proudly stand behind our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied, if your item(s) arrive damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of delivery at info@perlier.com.

Our Customer Care team will review your request and determine the best resolution based on the situation, which may include a replacement, an alternative product, store credit, or a refund for eligible purchases.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To begin a return, please contact Customer Care to obtain authorization before sending any item back.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• The email address used to place the order (if different)

If your request involves damaged or incorrect items, please include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly verify the issue.

Returned items must be in new or gently used condition. Products that are returned empty, nearly empty, excessively used, or not in reasonably resellable condition may not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable in most circumstances.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund or store credit issued.

In some cases, Perlier may determine that a physical return is not necessary. When this occurs, a disposition fee may apply instead.

Any applicable fees will always be clearly communicated by our Customer Care team before the return is processed.

Discounted Items & Promotional Purchases

Items purchased using:

• Discount codes
• Sitewide promotions
• Value packs
• Bundles
• Multi-item promotions

are not eligible for refunds. These purchases are eligible for store credit only, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Promotional Order Adjustments

Orders that qualify for promotional pricing, bundle discounts, free gifts, or multi-item promotions must maintain the required items to retain the promotional price.

If items from a promotional order are returned and the remaining items no longer qualify for the promotion, the promotional discount may be adjusted accordingly.

If a free gift or promotional item was included with your order, it must also be returned. If it is not returned, the retail value of the promotional item may be deducted from the refund or store credit.

Final Sale Items

Items contained within designated Final Sale collections are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

Items received as part of a free gift with purchase promotion are also considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Cards

Purchases made using a gift card are not eligible for refunds. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of delivery.

To help us quickly verify the issue and resolve it as efficiently as possible, we require clear photos of the item received, the packaging, and the shipping label when submitting your request.

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, returned to sender, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund or store credit
• Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information may require additional shipping charges for reshipment

Order Eligibility

Only purchases made directly through Perlier.com are eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit.

Orders placed through other retailers must be handled through the original retailer.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, Perlier will credit the original form of payment within 4–6 business days after the return has been processed.

Posting times may vary depending on your financial institution.

If we are unable to issue a credit due to an expired or canceled card, a paper check may be issued.

Excessive Returns

Perlier reserves the right to limit or refuse returns, refunds, or future orders from customers who demonstrate excessive return activity, misuse promotional offers, or engage in behavior inconsistent with fair use of our policies.
