Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is generally free on orders of $100 or more after discounts and excluding taxes.

Perlier may occasionally offer shipping promotions with different minimum purchase requirements or conditions.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Delivery generally occurs within 4 to 10 business days after shipment, although delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier selected by Perlier.

Perlier does not currently offer expedited shipping.

Certain alcohol-based products classified as hazardous materials may be shipped only by ground transport in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation requirements.

Perlier reserves the right to modify its shipping policies at any time without prior notice.

30-Day Guarantee / Returns

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, receive damaged items, or receive an incorrect product, please contact Customer Care within 30 days of receipt.

Resolutions may include:

  • replacement;
  • alternative product;
  • store credit; or
  • refund for eligible purchases.

Return-related fees may apply, including restocking fees or disposition fees depending on the item and situation.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Discounted items, items purchased with promotional codes, value packs, bundles, and similar promotional purchases are eligible for store credit only and are not eligible for refunds.

Free gifts with purchase are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Purchases made with gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

Only purchases made directly through Perlier.com are eligible for returns or store credit.

When contacting Customer Care regarding damaged or incorrect items, Perlier may require photographs or other documentation to verify the issue.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
