We stand behind our products and if you are in any way dissatisfied, or if your product/s arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt at info@perlier.com. We will be happy to issue a replacement, offer an alternative product, issue a gift card or store credit, or issue a refund for eligible purchases.
When contacting customer service please be sure to include your full name, order #, and if you utilized a different email address when placing your order please note that as well. If you're contacting customer service regarding a damaged item/s please include a clear photo so we know what happened and can prevent it from happening again.
Please note that any item purchased at a discounted price or with a discount code, or as part of a free gift with minimum purchase promotion, are final and are not eligible for exchange, refund or store credit regardless of purchase date. Purchases made with a gift card are not eligible for refunds. Only applicable purchases made on Perlier.com can be refunded or exchanged. Shipping charges and taxes are not refundable.
In the event a refund is issued, Perlier will credit your original payment method within 4-6 business days. Refunds posted back to your bank account may vary depending on your individual bank processing time. If we are unable to issue a credit due to an expired or canceled credit card, a paper check will be issued.
A written copy of this policy can be provided upon request. Perlier reserves the right to modify its return, refund and exchange policy at any time, without notice.
I have zero affiliation with this company but have used many of their products. Shower creams are just that and do not lather, hence the name "cream". I'm always on the hunt for this type for that reason. I enjoy the luxurious shower experience and my skin is so soft. You are looking for shower gels, foams, Body washes, bar soap for lather. The shower and bath creams don't lather across the board of companies, again, hence the name "cream".

Olivarium is my absolute favorite Perlier line. Hands down, thumbs up.
I used to use the Olivarium shower cream when it first launched many years ago...bought it from HSN. Absolutely loved it. I decided to buy a tube of this a few months ago and all I can say is that you have ruined a fantastic product. The fragrance is not as nice as it was and it's much weaker. On top of that, this cleanser does NOT lather at all. Even on a bath sponge I needed to use about three tablespoons of product even to get minimal amounts of foam. I'm so disgusted, I will never buy this stuff again as it's pure rubbish. I hope you don't ruin the rest of your shower gels and creams. I've used the original Honey cream bath since the 80's, I'm now afraid to buy any more from you because it looks like you "reformulated" that one too. Very very disappointed with Perlier.

Our items do not have expiration dates. They are ok for use as long as they have not been opened. Once opened, they are ok for use for the duration noted on the back/bottom of the package (usually 12 months, but some skincare items are 6 months).

Our products are never tested on animals. They are produced in Italy under strict EU guidelines and are never sold in regions that may require animal testing.

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days, however during peak shopping periods it may take 2-3 days longer.
