We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We stand behind our products and if you are in any way dissatisfied, or if your product/s arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt at info@perlier.com. We will be happy to issue a replacement, offer an alternative product, issue a gift card or store credit, or issue a refund for eligible purchases.
When contacting customer service please be sure to include your full name, order #, and if you utilized a different email address when placing your order please note that as well. If you're contacting customer service regarding a damaged item/s please include a clear photo so we know what happened and can prevent it from happening again.
Please note that any item purchased at a discounted price or with a discount code, or as part of a free gift with minimum purchase promotion, are final and are not eligible for exchange, refund or store credit regardless of purchase date. Purchases made with a gift card are not eligible for refunds. Only applicable purchases made on Perlier.com can be refunded or exchanged. Shipping charges and taxes are not refundable.
In the event a refund is issued, Perlier will credit your original payment method within 48-72 hours. Refunds posted back to your bank account may vary depending on your individual bank processing time. If we are unable to issue a credit due to an expired or canceled credit card, a paper check will be issued.
A written copy of this policy can be provided upon request. Perlier reserves the right to modify its return, refund and exchange policy at any time, without notice.

The best after shower cream ever! Leaves skin hydrated and smooth. Scent is my absolute favorite of everything I’ve tried. It’s a bit expensive and sometimes hard to find though.
I have given this as a gift each year to a friend at Christmas and on her birthday. She loves the lighter sweet smell along with the moisturizing effect and the shower cream too. Wish the hand cream was available again.
One; it took 10 days to receive my order.
Two; It arrived dirty and disgusting. It looks like the pen ink they used to check off my order rubbed on it during shipping. The photo I've attached, is actually after I wiped a lot of it off.
Three; I gave it one star because I do like the thickness of the cream but other than that- it's a solid no for me. It is sticky. It does not smell like honey at all, instead it smells like some lightly fragranced dollar store rose lotion, which is a scent I have always absolutely detested. So sorry that I ordered 2 jars of this.
This is the only product that has softened my super dry cuticles! I love it!

Our items do not have expiration dates. They are ok for use as long as they have not been opened. Once opened, they are ok for use for the duration noted on the back/bottom of the package (usually 12 months, but some skincare items are 6 months).

Our products are never tested on animals. They are produced in Italy under strict EU guidelines and are never sold in regions that may require animal testing.

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days, however during peak shopping periods it may take 2-3 days longer.
