We stand behind our products and if you are in any way dissatisfied, or if your product/s arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt at info@perlier.com. We will be happy to issue a replacement, offer an alternative product, issue a gift card or store credit, or issue a refund for eligible purchases.
When contacting customer service please be sure to include your full name, order #, and if you utilized a different email address when placing your order please note that as well. If you're contacting customer service regarding a damaged item/s please include a clear photo so we know what happened and can prevent it from happening again.
Please note that any item purchased at a discounted price or with a discount code, or as part of a free gift with minimum purchase promotion, are final and are not eligible for exchange, refund or store credit regardless of purchase date. Purchases made with a gift card are not eligible for refunds. Only applicable purchases made on Perlier.com can be refunded or exchanged. Shipping charges and taxes are not refundable.
In the event a refund is issued, Perlier will credit your original payment method within 48-72 hours. Refunds posted back to your bank account may vary depending on your individual bank processing time. If we are unable to issue a credit due to an expired or canceled credit card, a paper check will be issued.

I received this as a freebie when I ordered another bath cream. The lather is great and it makes my skin really soft. The scent, at least for me, is an aaahhh moment in the shower (as in frequently lifting my arm to my nose just to get a whiff). Will I purchase again? You bet! Now, I'm after the body butter and the hand cream.
This shower cream (honey + raw sugar with mango + coconut oil) is wonderful. How much more could you ask for? I use the body cream afterwards and smell marvelous for hours.

Our items do not have expiration dates. They are ok for use as long as they have not been opened. Once opened, they are ok for use for the duration noted on the back/bottom of the package (usually 12 months, but some skincare items are 6 months).

Our products are never tested on animals. They are produced in Italy under strict EU guidelines and are never sold in regions that may require animal testing.

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days, however during peak shopping periods it may take 2-3 days longer.
