We stand behind our products and if you are in any way dissatisfied, or if your product/s arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt at info@perlier.com. We will be happy to issue a replacement, offer an alternative product, issue a gift card or store credit, or issue a refund for eligible purchases.
When contacting customer service please be sure to include your full name, order #, and if you utilized a different email address when placing your order please note that as well. If you're contacting customer service regarding a damaged item/s please include a clear photo so we know what happened and can prevent it from happening again.
Please note that any item purchased at a discounted price or with a discount code, or as part of a free gift with minimum purchase promotion, are final and are not eligible for exchange, refund or store credit regardless of purchase date. Purchases made with a gift card are not eligible for refunds. Only applicable purchases made on Perlier.com can be refunded or exchanged. Shipping charges and taxes are not refundable.
In the event a refund is issued, Perlier will credit your original payment method within 48-72 hours. Refunds posted back to your bank account may vary depending on your individual bank processing time. If we are unable to issue a credit due to an expired or canceled credit card, a paper check will be issued.
A written copy of this policy can be provided upon request. Perlier reserves the right to modify its return, refund and exchange policy at any time, without notice.
This balm was so runny that it poured right out of the tube. It also had a bad smell. I've had this balm before and I loved it. It works really well.
In the picture you can see on my hand on the left how runny it was. On the right side of my hand is the balm that I already have.

I love these products and have made my family buy them for me for years!
There is something wrong with this balm: smells bad is runny and dirty white just like the last the balm in the jar I bought and returned. This balm used to be pure white and used to smell wonderful. I think you replaced the jar with this lotion container to sell a bad balm.
I’m a long time devotee of the Original Honey Miel shower cream. I can’t believe it took me so long to try the body balm. It’s completed changed my skin. No more dry, ashy skin. Results outlast anything I’ve ever tried and it’s so nourishing. I love it!
if you have the driest of skin like a snake's skin then shed yours with this balm. I received as a gift a few yrs ago and used it after a stay in hospital...didn't pay mu h notice to results. One dayI looked a photo and glanced at my legs and didn't recognize myself. My skinny dry scaly twigs looked plump and juicy..I was in "shock n awe"..need i say more...that was Apr 2015...I transfer my balm into a pump dispenser or squeeze bottle to avoid accidenta spills

Our items do not have expiration dates. They are ok for use as long as they have not been opened. Once opened, they are ok for use for the duration noted on the back/bottom of the package (usually 12 months, but some skincare items are 6 months).

Our products are never tested on animals. They are produced in Italy under strict EU guidelines and are never sold in regions that may require animal testing.

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days, however during peak shopping periods it may take 2-3 days longer.
