We will be happy to issue a replacement, offer an alternative product, issue a gift card or store credit, or issue a refund for eligible purchases.
When contacting customer service please be sure to include your full name, order #, and if you utilized a different email address when placing your order please note that as well. If you're contacting customer service regarding a damaged item/s please include a clear photo so we know what happened and can prevent it from happening again.
Please note that any item purchased at a discounted price or with a discount code, or as part of a free gift with minimum purchase promotion, are final and are not eligible for exchange, refund or store credit regardless of purchase date. Purchases made with a gift card are not eligible for refunds. Only applicable purchases made on Perlier.com can be refunded or exchanged. Shipping charges and taxes are not refundable.
In the event a refund is issued, Perlier will credit your original payment method within 48-72 hours. Refunds posted back to your bank account may vary depending on your individual bank processing time. If we are unable to issue a credit due to an expired or canceled credit card, a paper check will be issued.
A written copy of this policy can be provided upon request. Perlier reserves the right to modify its return, refund and exchange policy at any time, without notice.

I gave the sets as gifts to 3 male relatives.
I loved the vanilla shower gel but the sandalwood/vanilla I didn’t like to well.
But I have grown granddaughters I can give those products to them. All girls!!
I am using this product already for 12 years. I found it for the first time when I was just 19 years old in the shop on Corso Buenos Aires (at that time I was in love with my first husband who was from Milan). I immediately fell in love with this shower gel, sapone (liquid soap), the smell, consistency - EVERYTHING. I genuinely love everything about this shower gel. Despite the fact that this smell is supposed to serve men, I use it for myself.
Back then it was no Perlier in my country - and I was bringing stockpiles of these shower gels in luggage back to my home country. Since then I moved to Belgium and was suffering without Perlier (I couldn't find it there). So I was bringing it in my luggage from Italy again. And then I moved to the USA - and discovered that I simply can order it here - on the website. I cannot explain how much relief it was to know it.
I just wanted to write THANKS for all of these years of happiness, which Perlier gave me. When I miss Italy, I just use this shower gel - and all the beautiful pictures, smells, and sensations come back. This product simply makes me happy.
P.S. Regarding the quality of the product - it is ottimo - simply amazing. The smell is very subtle. The texture is very gentle. In 12 years I never had any irritations or problems (I have very sensitive skin). It leaves my body fresh and energized, and my mind - calmed and relaxed. Highly recommended.
This company is so underrated. It simply deserves more!

Our items do not have expiration dates. They are ok for use as long as they have not been opened. Once opened, they are ok for use for the duration noted on the back/bottom of the package (usually 12 months, but some skincare items are 6 months).

Our products are never tested on animals. They are produced in Italy under strict EU guidelines and are never sold in regions that may require animal testing.

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days, however during peak shopping periods it may take 2-3 days longer.
