Hemp seed oil is a skincare super weapon!  It has a comedogenic rating of zero, which means it won't clog your pores, and it contains a ton of omega fats and antioxidants, making it a perfect age-defying moisturizer.  It stimulates circulation and reduces inflammation, so it's great for acne and other skin irritating conditions.

In addition to being an amazing moisturizer for your face, body and hair, it can also be used as a makeup remover, and to strengthen nails and cuticles.  And it's concentrated, so a small amount goes a long way.

WHAT IT DOES

• Hydrates and moisturizes extremely dry skin
• Helps calm inflammation of the skin including acne and psoriasis, while keeping the skin moisturized and nourishes.
• Conditions the scalp while adding volume from the lipids present in the oil, providing softer more hydrated hair

HOW TO USE

• For face and body: massage a small amount into skin as you would any moisturizer.
• For makeup removal: rub a tablespoon all over your face, let sit for a couple of minutes, then take a lukewarm washcloth and remove makeup.
• For hair, since every hair type is different, we recommend starting with a very small amount and adjusting as needed based on your hair’s texture, thickness, and how it responds.  Here are a few ways you can use it:
  1. As a Pre-Shampoo Treatment:
     Apply a few drops of the oil to dry hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Leave it on for 10–30 minutes (or longer if you like), then shampoo as usual. This can help deeply condition and protect your hair from dryness.
  2. As a Finishing Oil:
     After styling or air-drying, warm 1–3 drops between your palms and lightly smooth over the ends of your hair to add shine, reduce frizz, and tame flyaways. A little goes a long way!
  3. As a Scalp Treatment:
     If your scalp feels dry or tight, you can gently massage a small amount of oil into the scalp and leave it on for 15–30 minutes before rinsing. This can help soothe and moisturize the scalp without weighing hair down.
• For nails & cuticles: massage a small amount onto fingernails and/or toenails daily.
